A package is considered lost if it exceeds the expected delivery timeframe or if the tracking information indicates that the parcel cannot be located.
If your package's tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 days, we kindly request that you fill out a Request form below. This will enable our team to initiate an investigation and collaborate with our logistics department.
In the event that the package is confirmed as lost, you, as the customer, will have the option to choose between a refund, reshipment of the ordered items, or another mutually agreed-upon resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to address lost item inquiries promptly and efficiently.
