Within 30 days of receiving your package, complete the Request form below. Provide a brief description of the product you wish to return. If the product is damaged or has any issues, please include pictures.
Once your return request is approved, securely package your product and send it back to the designated return address provided upon approval. Emailing us the return tracking number is mandatory to process your refund.
Returned boxes must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging unless defective. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Typically, returns reach our warehouse within 14 to 30 days from the shipment date. Refunds are processed within 7 days after returned product is received and inspected by warehouse team. Refunds may be declined if the product was not defective as claimed, was opened or used before returning, or does not match the original purchase.
